The contents of the boxes will vary from week to week, depending on what is looking the best in the fields. We grow a vast array of vegetables and herbs throughout the season!
SPRING
Spring: kale, chard, spinach, arugula, salad mix, lettuces, little gems, chicories, peas, spring onions, green garlic, radish, cilantro, dill, parsley, sorrel, chives, mint, broccoli raab, broccolini, sprouting cauliflower, beets, carrots, turnips, cabbages , fennel, summer squash, cucumbers, basil, new potatoes
Occasionally we may buy in an item from a local farmer friend, things we do not grow like sweet corn, berries, tree fruit or mushrooms!
